Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us so we can provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.
